Here we follow the progress of the Eldridge-Rigler-Green-Earle community garden. We were very sad to see Harold an Helen leave and we will try to keep things going.

spray with thin layer of olive oil
bake 350 about 30 minutes
until tender not mushy
remove
add fresh sliced basil
