arg clay

"Although clay soils cannot be made ideal, they can be improved by any treatment which will cause the particles to form small granules and crumbs. The best treatment for this purpose is to incorporate large amounts of organic matter into the soil to promote better soil structure. The improved condition may remain long after organic matter has disappeared."

There has been a lot of rain and the tomatoes look great but the peppers are looking pretty worked over. The leaves of most peppers are yellowing. However, one of the more mature peppers the Aji Limon has a pepper on it.

Forgot to post this last weekend. We finished the bulk of the planting.
Lots of tomatoes and peppers in the ground. We also have some beans, beets,
and a tomatillo and a ground cherry. After harvesting the spinach we will
